Are the books free with Kindle Unlimited?
If you’re a KU subscriber, yes — series starters (and the rest of each series on KU) are included with your subscription. Otherwise you can buy the Kindle edition on Amazon.
What kinds of stories do you write?
Mostly fiction: cozy fantasy, LitRPG, murim / cultivation, court survival, corporate isekai comedy, and more. Different doors in — same author. Browse covers on Books and pick what fits.
Why is the site called Books By Josh?
Because that’s the author brand. I’m Joshua A. Rodriguez — I write the books, run the site, and put out the blog and podcasts under Books By Josh.
Do you sell books directly on this website?
No. The old direct-sale PDF shelf is gone. Everything current lives on Amazon / Kindle Unlimited via the Books page.
Where do you live?
New York City — same city I was born in.
What’s on the blog and podcasts?
The blog is mostly reflections on consistency, doubt, and building alone. Podcasts include The Books By Josh Audio Immersion, Tek With Josh, and Manga With Josh.
Why aren’t there ads on the site?
